Meetings & Interviews

It is appreciated that, where possible, most people like to save time and costs.  We are able to use the 'phone and zoom to conduct most meetings and this can be arranged out of hours if needed.  However, there are certain meetings that need to be conducted in person.

An interview assessing the SIA Officer will take place in person.  Once this initial interview is passed, the SIA Officer will be added to the register.   An orientiation session is given by BDSS to the SIA Officer before placement with a client to ensure the values and requirements are understood.

If you wish to proceed with an SIA Officer and to be registered as a client, we will visit you and assess your requirements.

We will organise for the SIA Officer to come and meet you.  The process of drawing up the contract can take place between the client and BDSS will then begin.  BDSS can assist with this.

The very nature of the role of your SIA Officer will mean constant assessment and records of the visits.  Badrse Security will regularly review these records and the position with clients for as long as the client is subscribed to the service.  As with a CarePA, this will involve contact with a family member if the situation requires it, and be able to watch out for safeguarding and social concerns.
